He developed his PhD studies at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, obtaining the research sufficiency in 2008.
His research studies were developed in the area of material behaviour and confined fracture testing in concrete.
In the professional area, he developed his activity in the calculation of structures and elastoplastic analysis of profiles and metal parts (aluminium and steel) for limit capacity analysis.
As a businessman he has created companies in Spain, Argentina and Chile, participating in different ventures.
